As an investor I am looking for partners/RE Sponsors that have a lot of experience and a proven track record to manage assets during good, but especially challenging and difficult times. Tom, Mike and Ajai have a great deal of experience managing multifamily assets. They are very transparent, always willing to explain the investments and very proactive on reporting to investors.
